It's name, and it is!! In a podunk town
in PA where we spent the night at a well rated campground. I am not quite sure who did the rating! Actually it is very nice, but it really is more of a trailer park for mobile trailers....not what you picture for trailer park, but more like ones that traveled once, but now don't! They have attached wood decks and lawn ornaments and flowers. There is a pool and it is quite nice, but I feel out of place. There are a couple of motor homes but I guess I would have to say ours is the shiniest!
We set out from Boston yesterday morning in rainy, foggy weather....not the best of driving conditions to be sure. I was happy to finally be out of it a couple of hours later, and had clear sailing most of the day. Another burst near out destination eased in time to get set up, and then let loose! A great evening for a glass of wine and some pasta with the sauce I simmered last week! We planned our day, and are now headed for our destination, Jim Thorpe, PA. This should be very interesting!!

ReplyDeleteHave had to run the heat in the motorhome, and the kitties snuggle up to sleep close to us! At least it didn't rain today! No sun, so didn't get to see the Venus Transit except on the news.
